Now in its seventh successful year, the ALB China Law Awards 2010 recognises the excellence and outstanding acheivements of China's leading law firms and in-house legal teams as well as the top deals and dealmakers of 2009. The Awards attracts over 400 of China's most influential solicitors, in-house counsel, investment bankers, judiciary and CEOs, who assemble to celebrate with the winners as they accept their awards on stage. The event is the culmination of the months of intensive research that precede this important event. Winners remain confidential until the awards ceremony itself, where they are revealed over a gala black-tie dinner.

The ALB China Law Awards 2010 is well established as the most important event on the legal industry calendar.

Lei Cheng currently reports on China for CNBC's “Squawkbox”, “Cashflow” shows from Shanghai. She also works on mandarin shows co-produced by CNBC and Shanghai Media Group's CBN (China Business Network). She was one of CNBC's stock watchers reporting from Singapore.

Prior to Singapore, Lei was based in Beijing, co-anchoring "BizChina" and presenting "Financial Review" for CCTV's English channel. She also spent a year in Jinan, Shandong province, on a logistics joint venture between Australia’s Toll Holdings and the Shandong Electrical Power Corporation.
